Set healthy boundaries with family and work
Develop calming rituals that restore steadiness
Strengthen resilience to face daily challenges
For Children
Understand and express big feelings safely
Use simple routines for comfort and security
Learn language that makes grief less confusing
Build resilience through supportive activities
Why I Do This Work
In just three months, I lost my husband of 28 years, my 18-year old dog, my job, nearly my mother, and the life I had spent nearly three decades building in Cambridge, MA.
I know grief not only through study and coaching, but through lived experience of rebuilding life from the ground up.
My work blends personal understanding with years of helping children and adults navigate change, resilience, and healing.
